Return and exchange policy

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received , in its original packaging.
  • Products can be returned within 5 days from the date of purchase if there is a manufacturer defect.
  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase if they have not been opened and are found to be entirely intact.
  • The promotional offer associated with the returned item can be refunded if it is in its original condition, or the value of the promotional offer will be deducted.
